Job summary

Network Finance is seeking an experienced maintenance leader with a degree in mechanical or electrical engineering to oversee mining maintenance operations. The role requires 5–10 years in a supervisory capacity, with hands-on exposure to copper mining environments and management of mobile fleets across surface and underground settings.

Candidates should have CMMS familiarity and solid budgeting experience, including reliability-centered maintenance practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or National Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 5–10 years of maintenance experience in a supervisory role within mining.
• Exposure to copper mining environments is advantageous.
• Experience with mobile fleets and surface/underground operations management.
• Proficiency in CMMS software is advantageous.
• RCM and budget administration experience is essential.
