About The Role
They are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Maintenance, Bookings & Finance Coordinator to oversee guest communications, handle maintenance issues, manage booking enquiries, and prepare monthly financial reports.
Responsibilities
- Guest & Maintenance Support: First point of contact for guest calls, messages, and maintenance requests.
- Coordinate with contractors and staff to resolve issues quickly.
- Handle last-minute bookings, extensions, and enquiries.
- Ensure smooth communication between guests, maintenance teams, and management.
- Finance & Reporting: Prepare and run monthly finance reports for all properties.
- Record and reconcile cleaning/maintenance invoices in Xero.
- Cross-check payments against bookings and follow up on outstanding payments.
- Deliver client-ready financial reports each month.
- Flag any discrepancies to management.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to stay calm and professional under pressure.
- Background in customer service, hospitality, or property management (preferred).
- Basic finance/admin experience – confident with invoices and reporting.
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy with booking systems, spreadsheets, WhatsApp, email, and phone.
