Qualifications

• Grade 12 certificate is required.
• OPERA experience (2 years) preferred.
• At least 2 years in Reservations / Groups reservations.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
• Tourism/Hotel qualification is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Handle calls, reservations and quotations for properties.
• Provide personalised travel recommendations and tailor experiences.
• Promote and sell Village n Life products and services.
