Village n Life in Cape Town is seeking a Bespoke Reservations Consultant to support specialised reservations, tailored travel arrangements and guest coordination across the portfolio. This role suits someone organised, people-focused and passionate about hospitality and travel.

You’ll work with VIP guests, travel partners and internal teams from enquiry to departure, ensuring seamless booking journeys and accurate, upsell-enabled service.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 or equivalent qualification.
• Hospitality, Tourism, Travel or Business Admin qualification advantageous.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in reservations or customer-facing roles.
• Experience with VIP guests or bespoke travel advantageous.
• Opera reservation platform experience advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage reservations, quotations and enquiries across Village n Life portfolio.
• Coordinate specialised travel arrangements for VIP guests and niche groups.
• Process amendments, cancellations, extensions and special requests.
• Prepare quotations, confirmations, invoices and reservation correspondence.
• Coordinate guest services including transfers and dining bookings.
• Maintain accurate booking records and stakeholder information.
• Assist with reporting, audits and reservation administration.

# Bespoke Reservations ConsultantThis role forms part of the sales team within the Village n Life hospitality group.**The Role**As Bespoke Reservations Consultant, you’ll support specialised reservations, tailored travel arrangements and guest coordination across the Village n Life portfolio. This role is suited to someone organised, people-focused and passionate about hospitality and travel.
