Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in spa management or a senior leadership role within the luxury hospitality or wellness sector.
• Proven track record of successfully managing spa operations, staff, and financial performance.
• Strong understanding of diverse spa treatments, wellness therapies, and beauty trends.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with spa software, POS systems, and financial management tools.
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve spa goals, including revenue targets and service excellence.
• Oversee all spa operations, ensuring the highest standards of service, hygiene, and guest satisfaction.
• Lead, recruit, train, and motivate the spa team, fostering a culture of professionalism and continuous improvement.
• Manage spa finances, including budgeting, forecasting, payroll, and inventory control.
• Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive bookings and enhance brand visibility.
• Source and manage relationships with vendors and suppliers for spa products and equipment.
