Responsibilities

• Lead the opening and ongoing operation of a brand-new, high-end restaurant.
• Establish luxury service standards, operating procedures, and controls.
• Recruit, train, and manage a professional front-of-house team.
• Maintain visible leadership on the floor and build guest relationships.
• Oversee service delivery for a polished and consistent guest experience.
• Manage reservations, seating, staffing, and daily briefings.
• Collaborate with culinary team to ensure kitchen‑front harmony.
• Monitor revenue, labour costs, stock, and expenses.
• Address guest feedback professionally and drive continuous improvement.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and compliance.
• Provide strategic leadership to drive a successful opening and operation.
