HotelJobs is seeking a friendly Reservations Consultant to join a Luxury Private Game Reserve near Grahamstown. You will convert inquiries into bookings, optimise occupancy, and provide personalised reservation support to guests, agents and tour operators across five lodges.

Requirements include Matric, 2–4 years in reservations/front-of-house in 5-star hospitality, and proficiency with Semper, Opera, Pan or ResRequest. Fluent English is essential, with additional languages advantageous.

Formación

• Minimum 2–4 years reservations/front-of-house experience in 5-star hospitality.
• Proficient with reservation systems (Semper, Opera, Pan, ResRequest).
• Fluent written and spoken English; additional languages advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Capture, amend, confirm, cancel, invoice and waitlist reservations according to procedures.
• Respond to email and phone enquiries promptly and warmly.
• Follow up on provisional bookings and convert enquiries into confirmed reservations.
• Maintain knowledge of room rates and lodge facilities across five lodges.
• Check reservations for accuracy of guest names, dates, rates and billing.
