Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Handle all incoming reservation enquiries via telephone, email and other channels.
• Process individual and group reservations accurately and efficiently.
• Provide guests with information on accommodation, rates, packages and facilities.
• Manage booking confirmations, amendments, cancellations and special requests.
• Maintain guest information and booking details in the reservation system.
• Communicate with lodge management and departments about arrivals and guest needs.
• Follow up on enquiries and convert them into confirmed reservations.
• Maintain relationships with travel agents and industry partners.
• Ensure reservations adhere to property standards and procedures.
• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the booking process.
