Responsibilities

• Manage all reservation enquiries via telephone, email and booking platforms.
• Process bookings, amendments and cancellations accurately and efficiently.
• Provide guests with information on accommodation, rates, availability and facilities.
• Ensure reservations are recorded correctly in the booking system.
• Coordinate with front office, sales and other departments for seamless guest experience.
• Handle guest requests and special arrangements professionally and timely.
• Maintain accurate reservation records and update guest information.
