Responsibilities

• Manage all accommodation reservations from enquiry to confirmation.
• Respond to guest enquiries via phone, email and other channels.
• Provide information on rates, availability, wellness offerings and packages.
• Process bookings, amendments, cancellations and special requests.
• Maintain accurate reservation records and update systems.
• Liaise with departments to communicate guest preferences.
• Assist with occupancy management and maximise bookings.
• Ensure guest correspondence reflects high standards of service.
• Support the wider team with administrative duties.
