Qualifications

• Experience in reservations, revenue, or hotel operations is essential.
• Strong leadership and team supervision abilities.
• Experience in 4- or 5-star hotel environments preferred.
• Solid understanding of reservations systems and online channels.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day reservations operations and ensure accurate enquiries and bookings.
• Supervise and develop the reservations team with guidance and training.
• Monitor occupancy, availability, and rates to maximise revenue.
• Assist with revenue management and pricing strategies.
• Maintain accurate reservations records and processing of bookings.
• Monitor online channels, OTAs, and distribution platforms.
• Analyse reservation and revenue reports to identify improvements.
• Collaborate with Front Office, Sales, Finance and Management for seamless operations.
• Handle guest enquiries and special requests professionally.
• Assist with forecasting, reporting, and rate parity across channels.
• Ensure procedures and hotel standards are consistently followed.
• Resolve booking issues and guest concerns promptly.
