Job summary

Turnkey365 in Cape Town invites a guest-facing host to welcome guests, check them in, and ensure the property is ready to five-star standard. You’ll manage arrivals, stay support, and check-out procedures along the Atlantic Seaboard.

Properties are along Cape Town’s Atlantic Seaboard; driving between locations is required. A Code B driver’s license and a reliable car are essential, with fluent English, strong attention to detail, and flexible availability including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in a luxury guest-facing role (boutique hotel, guesthouse, villa, lodge or short-term rental).
• A valid Code B driver’s license and own reliable vehicle are essential.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Meet guests in person at check-in and walk them through the property.
• Inspect each property before arrival for housekeeping standards and amenities.
• Conduct check-out inspections and report any damages with photos the same day.
• Handle guest requests and issues during the stay, escalating as needed.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance and reservations teams.
• Keep guest and property records up to date in our systems.
