Job summary

Qualifications

• Matric (grade 12) is essential.
• Previous experience in a Front Office role in a hotel.
• Excellent communication in English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Strong computer literacy and familiarity with Opera PMS or similar systems.
• Polished telephone etiquette and professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Lead guest relations to maximize guest satisfaction and ensure VIP service.
• Maintain grooming standards and be a continual source of information for guests.
• Coordinate with Front Office and Supervisors to handle requests and complaints.
• Escort VIPs, manage arrivals/departures, and ensure accurate room allocations and amenities.
• Upsell hotel facilities and in-house services to guests.
