Job summary

Hospitality and Outdoor is seeking experienced Food & Beverage Managers to oversee operations across its resorts in Limpopo, Mpumalanga and Gauteng. The role focuses on driving profitability while maintaining luxury hospitality excellence, with a guest-centric service standard and a creative eye for presentation.

Ideal candidates bring proven luxury F&B management experience, strong leadership, stock control, budgeting acumen, and fluency in English and Afrikaans.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a Food & Beverage management role within a luxury lodge, resort, or hospitality environment.
• Strong food and beverage service background with wine knowledge; sommelier experience advantageous.
• Leadership and team development skills with a guest-centric approach.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong stock control, ordering, and supplier relationship management.
• Budgeting, food costing, and profitability management skills.
• Organisational and planning skills with the ability to work under pressure.
• Detail-oriented, quality-driven, and commercially minded.
• Warm, professional, and confident leadership presence.
• Creative eye for aesthetics and presentation.
• Honest, dependable, and solutions-focused.
• Must be fluent in English and Afrikaans language.
• Valid driver’s license essential.
