The role governs all F&B outlets, including multiple restaurants, bars, banqueting, and in-room dining, with a focus on innovation, profitability, and impeccable service standards.

The successful candidate will lead and develop the F&B team, manage costs, and partner with the Executive Chef to ensure culinary excellence while delivering world-class guest experiences

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years in food and beverage management with 4+ years in a director role.
• Experience in resort or high-end hotel environments.
• Proficient in F&B software and POS systems.
• Strong budgeting and cost-control abilities.

Aufgaben

• Oversee the strategic direction and daily operations of all F&B outlets within the resort.
• Develop and execute innovative menus, specials, and beverage programs that align with brand and target market.
• Manage F&B costs, including inventory, procurement, labor, and budgets.
• Lead, train, and develop the F&B team, fostering service excellence and teamwork.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
