Qualifications

• Grade 12 (Matric) is required; hospitality qualification is advantageous.
• Proven leadership experience in luxury hospitality environments.
• Strong communication, guest relations, and service standards knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead; coach, and develop the restaurant team to achieve service excellence.
• Oversee daily restaurant operations, staff allocation, performance, and standards.
• Conduct pre-service briefings and ensure team is prepared for service.
• Monitor staff performance and provide ongoing feedback and coaching.
• Maintain five-star presentation, service standards, and guest satisfaction.
• Coordinate with Executive Chef and other departments for smooth service.
• Ensure hygiene, safety, and compliance with SOPs and policies.
• Monitor stock, costs, and inventory; assist with reporting and records.
