Staff Connection - Hospitality Recruitment and Executive Search in Cape Town is seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Manager for a prestigious 5-star hotel. You will lead the entire F&B operation across all outlets and drive guest satisfaction with a hands-on leadership style.

The role requires a Diploma in Hospitality, a minimum of five years in a senior F&B management role within luxury hotels, and proven ability to manage large teams, budgets, and stock while upholding five-star service

• Ability to drive guest satisfaction, team performance, and operational excellence
• Professional, well-presented, and service-driven

Responsibilities

• Oversee the full Food & Beverage operation across all outlets
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing service team
• Maintain 5-star service standards and ensure an exceptional guest experience
• Manage staffing, training, scheduling, and performance management
• Control food and beverage costs, stock, and supplier relationships
• Work closely with the Executive Chef and senior management team to deliver seamless operations
