Placements24 is seeking an experienced Resort and Spa Manager to oversee operations at a luxury resort in Bloemfontein. The role requires leading all departments, including accommodation, F&B, leisure facilities, and the spa, with a focus on guest satisfaction and profitability.

The successful candidate should have 6+ years of progressive resort or luxury hotel management experience, strong financial acumen, and a background in spa operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years of progressive management experience in resort or luxury hotel operations.
• Proven experience managing spa operations is highly desirable.
• Strong financial management skills, including budgeting and P&L responsibility.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage all resort operations, ensuring high standards of service and guest satisfaction.
• Develop and implement strategic business plans to optimize revenue and control costs.
• Oversee the management and enhancement of the spa and wellness facilities.
• Lead, motivate, and develop all resort staff across various departments.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Manage vendor relationships and procurement processes for resort supplies and services.
