Placements24 is seeking an experienced Food and Beverage Manager for a distinguished luxury hotel in Centurion. You will oversee all F&B operations, including restaurants, bars, banqueting, and room service, driving guest satisfaction and revenue growth.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in high-volume upscale environments, strong leadership, and expertise in financial management. Flexible hours, with evenings and weekends, are expected as part of delivering exceptional service

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of progressive F&B management experience in luxury hotels or high-end venues.
• Proven track record in managing multiple F&B outlets and events.
• Strong financial acumen including budgeting, P&L analysis, and cost control.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and guest service skills.
• Knowledge of wines, spirits, cocktails and dining trends.
• Legally eligible to work in South Africa.

Responsabilités

• Manage and direct all F&B operations to ensure profitability and service excellence.
• Develop and implement innovative menus and beverage programs with culinary teams.
• Oversee daily operations of outlets including restaurants, bars, and room service.
• Manage banqueting and events with flawless execution and client satisfaction.
• Control beverage costs, inventory, and supplier relations.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
