Responsabilités

• Assist with daily hotel operations to maintain service standards.
• Welcome guests, coordinate arrivals/departures and offer personalised help.
• Support concierge services including reservations, transfers, tours.
• Anticipate guest needs and handle requests or complaints professionally.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, front office and other departments.
• Assist with staff coordination and admin, maintaining presentation.
• Build strong relationships with guests and service providers.
• Support management to uphold luxury standards and efficiency.
