Qualifications

• Experience in luxury hotel, boutique property, or high-end hospitality environment.
• Experience in guest relations, concierge services, front office or hospitality supervision is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Polished, professional and approachable manner.
• Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the daily management of guest services and the smooth running of the property.
• Provide a warm, professional and personalised welcome to guests.
• Assist with guest arrivals and departures, ensuring all arrangements are handled efficiently.
• Coordinate restaurant bookings, transfers, excursions and other concierge requests.
• Anticipate guest needs and ensure that individual preferences are attended to.
• Maintain strong communication with housekeeping, front office and other departments.
• Support the House Manager with daily operational duties, scheduling and administrative tasks.
