Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily logistics activities, including scheduling deliveries and managing carrier relationships.
• Monitor shipment progress and proactively address delays or issues.
• Maintain accurate records of shipments, inventory, and delivery confirmations.
• Assist with inventory management and stock control processes.
• Communicate effectively with warehouse staff, drivers, and customers regarding logistics matters.
• Process shipping documents and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Support the logistics team in optimizing routes and delivery schedules.
• Handle customer inquiries related to order status and delivery times.
• Assist in generating reports on logistics performance and key metrics.
