You will be responsible for coordinating shipments, managing carrier relationships, optimizing delivery routes, and maintaining accurate logistics records. The ideal candidate possesses strong organizational skills, a deep understanding of logistics and supply chain principles within the FMCG sector, and excellent problem-solving abilities, contributing to a remote-first culture that emphasizes efficiency, reliability, and continuous improvement in supply chain management.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule domestic and international shipments, ensuring on-time delivery of FMCG products.
• Manage relationships with third-party logistics providers and transportation carriers, negotiating rates and ensuring service level agreements are met.
• Optimize delivery routes and transportation methods to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
• Monitor shipment progress and proactively address any delays or issues that may arise.
