Job summary

Green Marble Recruitment Consultants is seeking an experienced Logistics/Export Coordinator to manage the end-to-end logistics for customer orders in Paarl. You will coordinate transport, documentation, and warehousing activities to ensure on-time delivery and accurate records.

The role requires a tertiary qualification in logistics or a related field and at least 12 years of relevant experience, with strong Excel skills and familiarity with logistics systems.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in logistics administration, export coordination or supply chain operations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and logistics/order management systems.
• Strong computer literacy and ability to manage documentation accurately.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and administer logistics activities to ensure efficient execution of customer orders.
• Manage all logistics administration related to customer orders.
• Book, coordinate and follow up on transport to ensure timely collection and delivery of product.
• Coordinate and arrange export and border documentation.
• Maintain logistics systems, order trackers and related records accurately and timeously.
• Liaise with warehouses regarding stock availability, loading plans and dispatch requirements.
• Coordinate export orders with freight forwarders and other logistics providers.
• Communicate with suppliers, customers and service providers regarding logistics arrangements and order status.
• Ensure all logistics documentation is accurate, complete and submitted on time.
• Monitor logistics activities and follow up on delays or issues that may affect orders.
• Provide regular logistics and order updates to stakeholders.
• Maintain filing and filing records of logistics documentation.
• Support Commodities team with logistics planning and execution to meet customer requirements.
