Ideal candidate has a bookkeeping/finance background with 1–3 years in stock/logistics and familiarity with Pastel or Sage. Immediate start is desired in a busy, multi-functional environment.

Qualifications

• A qualification in Bookkeeping, Accounting, Finance, Logistics or a related field.
• Financial background (1–3 years) is preferred.
• Stock and logistics experience (1–3 years) is preferred.
• Pastel or Sage experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Process supplier invoices accurately and on time.
• Manage and follow up on outstanding accounts.
• Manage customer orders, invoices, credit notes and deliveries.
• Follow up on outstanding orders through to completion.
• Coordinate orders between customers, warehouses and logistics providers.
• Monitor stock levels in the onsite warehouse.
• Report stock shortages, damages and discrepancies.
• Perform call desk duties and allocate incoming calls to technicians.
