Responsibilities

• Generate general stock picking slips for allocated regions on time according to procedures.
• Check with the warehouse by COB daily to confirm goods dispatched and customer deadlines.
• Communicate stock availability and pricing to customers; assist with queries.
• Inform customers promptly of back orders or delays; ensure accurate delivery dates.
• Assist with picking/packing and dispatching of special requests when needed.
• Ensure accurate invoicing for back-ordered items once stock arrives.
• Maintain top-notch communication with customers and internal teams.
