Job summary

Hospitality and Outdoor is seeking a Lodge Manager for a luxury lodge in Hoedspruit, Limpopo. You will oversee day-to-day management, ensuring service excellence across F&B, Front of House, Duty Management and guest relations.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in a supervisory/management hospitality role and luxury lodge experience, with strong leadership and budgeting skills. A relevant qualification in Management or Hospitality is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Relevant tertiary qualification in Management or Hospitality beneficial.
• Minimum 3 years’ hospitality experience in a Supervisory/Management role (Essential).
• Previous luxury lodge experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of 4/5-star lodge operations, particularly Food and Beverage, Front of House, Duty Management and Hosting (Essential).
• Proven experience managing lodge finances, including budgets, forecasting and cost control.
• Excellent customer relations skills and a genuine passion for hosting guests.
• Strong manager with excellent communication, leadership and organisational abilities.
• Fluent in MS Office, MS Word and MS Excel.
• Professional, well-groomed and guest-focused.
• Valid driver’s license essential.

Hospitality and Outdoor is recruiting an experienced Lodge Manager for a luxury lodge in Hoedspruit, Limpopo. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional hospitality manager with strong lodge experience and a passion for exceptional guest service, hosting and operational excellence. The successful candidate will assist with the day-to-day management of the luxury lodge, ensuring high standards across Food and Beverage, Front of House, Duty Management and guest relations. Candidates with proven hospitality experience in a 4/5-star lodge environment, strong financial understanding and excellent leadership abilities are encouraged to apply. A relevant tertiary qualification in Management or Hospitality will be advantageous.

Package

• Salary: R18,000 – R25,000 per month, negotiable based on experience.
