Qualifications

• Strong financial acumen and English language skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee FOH, F&B, maintenance, finances, operations and HR with a holistic lodge view.
• Maintain guest-focused service and hosting responsibilities.
• Lead and develop the team; adapt to a 24-hour operation and shifting hours.
• Control costs and implement measures to improve efficiency.
• Provide effective leadership and guidance to subordinates.
