Job summary

HotelJobs seeks a Lodge Manager for a luxury lodge in Hoedspruit. The role requires strong leadership of all lodge operations, a solid F&B background, and excellent guest relations to drive bookings and guest satisfaction.

Essential experience includes 4/5 star lodge management, financial acumen, and a clean, professional presentation. A valid driver’s license and sober habits are required. Live-in accommodation is provided with benefits.

Qualifications

• Good understanding of all functions within a lodge operation.

• Strong Food and Beverage background.

• Fluent in MS Office, MS Word & MS Excel.
• Communicate with travel agencies, booking partners, or local businesses to boost bookings.
• Plan or review strategies to attract new guests (discounts, special packages, or partnerships).
• Professional and well groomed.
• MUST be of sober habits.
• Driver’s license essential.
