Job summary

HotelJobs is seeking a Lodge Manager for a Luxury Lodge in the Greater Kruger Reserve (Mpumalanga). The role requires 3-5 years’ supervisory/managerial experience in a 4/5 star lodge, a strong F&B background, and excellent customer relations.

Proficiency in MS Office and a valid driver’s license are essential. This is a single live-in position with medical aid, provident fund, and booking commissions on offer.

• Minimum 3-5 years’ experience as a Supervisor/Manager in a 4/5 star lodge.
• Hospitality qualification is highly beneficial.
• Good understanding of all functions within a lodge operation.
• Sound financial acumen.
• Previous 4/5 star lodge experience is essential.
• Strong Food and Beverage background.

• Fluent in MS Office, MS Word & MS Excel.
• Professional and well groomed.
• Must be of sober habits.
• Driver’s license essential.
