Qualifications

• Admitted attorney with 4+ years in litigation.
• Experience handling complex commercial litigation matters.
• Strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
• Able to manage a caseload independently and meet deadlines.
• Solid understanding of SA civil procedure and evidence rules.
• ADR experience is a plus.
• Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.

Responsibilities
