Qualifications

• LLB degree or equivalent.
• Admitted as an Attorney of the High Court of SA.
• Minimum of 8 years in civil/commercial litigation.
• Proven track record in complex litigation matters.
• Excellent advocacy, negotiation and mediation skills.
• Strong legal research, writing and client-management abilities.

Responsabilités

• Manage a diverse caseload of civil and commercial litigation.
• Conduct extensive legal research and develop case strategies.
