Qualificações

• Admitted Attorney of the High Court of SA with 4+ PQE in litigation.
• Experience handling complex commercial litigation.
• Strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
• Ability to manage a caseload independently and meet deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Manage civil litigation from pleadings to trial.
• Conduct legal research and prepare case strategies.
• Represent clients in court, arbitrations, and mediations.
