Qualifications

• Admitted attorney with 3–5 years post-qualification experience in litigation.
• Proven drafting of legal documents and conducting legal research.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Strong understanding of civil procedure and courtroom etiquette.
• Excellent oral and written communication with persuasive advocacy.
• High level of attention to detail and analytical thinking.
• Ability to work under pressure and in a collaborative team.
• Bar admission or relevant advocacy experience is advantageous.
• Proficiency with legal research tools and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of litigation matters and meet all deadlines.
• Conduct thorough legal research and analyze to develop strong strategies.
• Draft pleadings, motions, affidavits and other court documents with precision.
• Prepare for and conduct examinations of witnesses at trial and discovery.
• Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, arbitrations and conferences.
• Assist senior attorneys in preparing for complex trials.
• Communicate with clients with updates and clear legal advice.
• Liaise with opposing counsel, court clerks and other professionals.
• Maintain organized case files and ensure procedural compliance.
