Stryker is seeking a Sales Representative to grow its Joint Replacement portfolio in Limpopo. You will act as a trusted advisor to orthopedic surgeons and hospital stakeholders, combining clinical knowledge with consultative sales to win opportunities.

Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, you will own territory strategy, drive revenue, and maintain the highest standards of integrity and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in related field.
• Minimum 2 years of successful orthopedic sales experience.
• Proven ability to manage a territory independently and close business.
• Established orthopedic network in Limpopo.
• Strong understanding of public and private healthcare sectors.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• High integrity and patient safety commitment.
• Fluency in English and a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a robust territory business plan for Limpopo, including SWOT and SMART objectives.
• Drive revenue growth by winning market share, closing complex opportunities, and expanding key accounts.
• Build strong relationships with surgeons, theatre teams, procurement, and hospital leadership.
• Act as a clinical and commercial expert on Joint Replacement products and procedures.
• Provide high-quality in-theatre support, education, and training.
• Use consultative selling to understand customer needs and position solutions.
• Support pricing strategies, financing options, and tenders with the Regional Sales Manager.
• Monitor competitor activity and market trends for portfolio growth.
• Mentor junior sales colleagues and contribute to capability development.
• Ensure reporting and compliance with Stryker ethics and quality standards.
