Job summary

Stryker seeks a Sales Representative to grow the Joint Replacement/Arthroplasty portfolio across the Limpopo region, engaging surgeons and hospital stakeholders with clinical knowledge and consultative selling.

You will own territory strategy, drive revenue, mentor colleagues, and ensure reporting and compliance to Stryker’s high standards. A bachelor’s degree and 2+ years orthopedic sales are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Business, Life Sciences, Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of successful orthopedic sales experience.
• Ability to manage territory independently and close business.
• Established orthopedic network in the Limpopo region.
• Fluent in English with a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a robust territory business plan for Limpopo, including SWOT and SMART objectives.
• Drive revenue growth by winning market share and closing complex opportunities.
• Build value-based relationships with surgeons, theatre teams, and hospital leadership.
• Act as clinical and commercial expert on Joint Replacement products and procedures.
• Provide in-theatre support, education, and training to customers.
• Support pricing strategies and tender processes with Regional Sales Manager.
• Mentor junior sales colleagues and ensure accurate reporting and compliance.
