Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships while delivering excellent service.
• Manage inbound sales enquiries and identify sales opportunities.
• Prepare quotations, process orders, and follow up on outstanding quotes.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective selling and account management.
• Provide customers with product advice and technical guidance.
• Handle customer queries, returns and after-sales support.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and customer buying patterns.
• Work closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience.
