Qualifications

• 3-5 years external sales experience in lighting or related sectors.
• Deep knowledge of lighting products and market segments.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and nurture relationships with electrical wholesalers, retailers, contractors, and designers.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities across commercial, hospitality, residential, and retail sectors.
• Promote and sell decorative, architectural, and smart lighting solutions.
• Prepare quotations and deliver product presentations.
• Assist customers with product selection based on technical and aesthetic needs.
• Manage projects from enquiry to after-sales support.
• Conduct regular customer visits and product demonstrations.
• Aim to meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
• Monitor competitor activity and market trends.
• Attend industry events to generate new business.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure service and project execution.
