Job summary

ZealHR is seeking two Senior Support Engineers to join an established IT services provider based in Bellville. You will deliver Tier 2/3 support, act as escalation point, and help optimize security, reliability and performance of client environments.

The role covers Microsoft 365, Azure, Windows Server, VMware/Hyper-V, networking and disaster recovery. You will work on projects, documentation and knowledge sharing while mentoring junior staff and collaborating with delivery teams.

Qualifications

Experience in MSP or infrastructure environments.
Ability to troubleshoot complex incidents and perform root cause analysis.
Strong client communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience with Microsoft 365, Azure and virtualization technologies.

Responsibilities

Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 technical support across client environments.
Serve as technical escalation point for complex incidents and issues.
Troubleshoot server, network, cloud, security, end-user and business application issues.
Support Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Entra ID, MFA, mailboxes and permissions.
Deploy, maintain and monitor VMware/Hyper-V environments; manage backups and DR.
Prepare documentation and assist with projects and onboarding.
