Rosebank College, part of The IIE, invites applications for a lecturer to teach information systems and research methods. You will prepare students, track progress, and support assessments across modules, liaising with the Central Academic Team.

The role requires advanced postgraduate qualifications, extensive lecturing and supervision of postgraduate students, and the ability to work across faculties. The College offers an equal opportunities policy and a dynamic teaching environment.

Qualifications

• Lecturing experience in research methods and development of research models.
• Experience supervising postgraduate students at NQF level 8 or higher.
• Experience with qualitative, quantitative, mixed-method and/or design science methodologies.
• Research publications in peer-reviewed journals advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Deliver lectures and engage students based on module requirements.
• Update learning management system and provide feedback.
• Support assessment development and tracking of at-risk students.
• Participate in academic meetings across faculties.
• Analyse and reflect on student module results.
• Contribute to academic professional development.
