Rosebank College invites applications for a lecturer to teach information systems and research-methods-based modules. You will deliver lectures, update the LMS, track module progress, and support students at risk in collaboration with the Central Academic Team.

Requirements include a Master’s in information systems/computer science/IT with a research component, an Honours degree, and 2–3 years of lecturing experience, plus strong assessment design and student support skills.

Qualifikationen

• Master's degree with a research methodology subject/component and a research dissertation/project.
• Honours degree with a related master's and research component.

Aufgaben

• Deliver lectures and engage students based on module requirements.
• Manage resources including academic materials and consulting with the Information Centre.
• Update learning management system and provide feedback to students.
• Engage and prepare students for assessments, identify at risk students, and develop assessments.
• Monitor student engagement and assessment submissions; escalate when needed.
• Attend and participate in academic meetings across faculties.
• Reflect on, review and analyse student module results.
• Support monitoring of at-risk students in assigned modules.
• Complete academic professional development interventions annually.
