Rosebank College, part of The IIE, invites applications for a lecturer to teach modules in information systems and research methods. You will prepare assessments, track progress, monitor at-risk students, and collaborate with the Central Academic Team to improve teaching outcomes.

Requirements include an NQF 9 Masters in information systems/CS with research component, plus an NQF 8 Honours and teaching/tutoring experience.

Formación

• Master's degree with research methodology and dissertation in IT/IS.
• Honours degree at NQF 8 plus master's with research component.
• Experience lecturing research methods and designs preferred.
• Experience supervising postgraduate students and research projects.
• Industry experience in area of specialization advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver lectures and engage students per module pacers.
• Manage academic resources and consult with the Information Centre.
• Update LMS and provide student feedback.
• Prepare assessments and identify at-risk students.
• Monitor engagement and escalation of submissions.
• Participate in academic meetings across faculties.
• Analyse module results and support at-risk modules.
• Complete academic development interventions annually.
