Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process lease applications, screenings, and prepare lease agreements.
• Coordinate property viewings and respond to tenant inquiries promptly.
• Maintain up-to-date tenant records and lease information in the management system.
• Handle renewals and terminations in accordance with procedures.
• Serve as liaison between tenants and property management on maintenance inquiries.
• Assist with marketing for vacant properties, including listings and agent coordination.
