Placements24 is seeking a proactive Leasing Consultant to manage commercial property leasing in Paarl and the Western Cape. The role focuses on attracting tenants, showing spaces, negotiating terms, and guiding the leasing process from inquiry to occupancy.

You will leverage strong negotiation, sales, and communication skills, work independently with good time management, and use CRM software to track inquiries and leases. A driver's license and reliable transport are required.

• Excellent understanding of the commercial property market in Paarl and surrounding areas.
• Strong negotiation, sales, and communication skills.
