Job summary

Biovac is seeking a Learning & Development Officer to drive the implementation and continuous improvement of learning programs across the organisation.

The role partners with stakeholders to identify development needs, coordinates learning initiatives, and ensures access to effective training that supports business objectives. Knowledge of South African skills legislation and BBBEE is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR/OD or related field.
• 3–5 years in Learning & Development or HR.
• Experience coordinating learning across functions.
• Experience with LMS and digital learning.

Responsibilities

• Support L&D strategy and annual learning plan.
• Identify learning needs and development priorities with managers.
• Maintain Individual Development Plans and career initiatives.
• Coordinate learning initiatives to align with BBBEE objectives.
• Prepare and administer WSP/ATR with internal teams.
• Collaborate with SETAs and learning providers for compliance.
• Promote continuous learning and capture training insights.
