Job summary

Financial Sector Conduct Authority is seeking a Learning and Development professional to plan, administer and implement learning programmes that empower employees and enhance competence.

The role focuses on coordinating the Workplace Skills Plan, liaising with SETAs and QCTO for accredited programmes, managing the LMS, bursaries and learnerships, and advising managers on development policies to close performance gaps.

Qualifications

  • Experience in coordinating learning and development programmes.
  • Strong knowledge of BBBEE and Skills Development Legislation.
  • Ability to plan, analyse and report on learning initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and develop the Workplace Skills Plan and Annual Training Plan.
  • Manage BBBEE process and assist FSCA to meet BBBEE goals.
  • Coordinate BBBEE verification process.
  • Liaise with SETAs and QCTO for accredited learning programmes.
  • Identify and manage professional development for learners and unemployed.
  • Manage internal and external bursary programmes.
  • Oversee learnerships/Work Integrated Learning.
  • Manage LMS and digitalisation of learning.
  • Accredit workplace learning programmes.
  • Conduct Learning Needs Analysis.
  • Advise employees and line managers on learning policies.
  • Update FSCA course catalogue and monitor digital platforms usage.
  • Produce reports for stakeholders.
  • Manage relationships with external training vendors.
  • Participate in FSCA project initiatives.
