Job summary

Pepkor Lifestyle in Gauteng is seeking a proactive Learning and Development Administrator to support delivery and administration of learning initiatives across the business. You will enhance learning processes, employee capability and a culture of continuous development.

The role includes learning administration, reporting, compliance, e-learning content development, and coordinating learnerships and internships, working with stakeholders to ensure accurate records and effective training

Qualifications

• Experience in Learning and Development or HR environment.
• Experience with learnerships and internships is advantageous.
• Experience with LMS and e-learning platforms is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide admin support for L&D initiatives and programmes.
• Maintain training records and the L&D database.
• Coordinate training interventions and workshops.
• Develop learning content for e-learning.
• Prepare and submit L&D reports and compliance data.
• Support learnership and internship programmes.
