Qualifications

• Experience in development, facilitation, and learning programme development.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the full talent mapping process and integrate outputs into learning pathways.
• Develop leadership capability programmes aligned with talent pipelines.
• Conduct ongoing training Needs Analysis at various levels.
• Implement the company's L&D strategy in alignment with business requirements.
• Manage integrated succession planning inputs for strategic roles.
• Develop and deliver learning programmes supporting capability needs.
• Create and develop training content, manuals, and onboarding programmes.
• Manage LMS governance and administration.
• Build and deploy e-learning programmes and compliance modules.
• Produce training reports periodically.
