Placements24 in South Africa invites an experienced Learning and Development Specialist to design, develop, and deliver impactful training programs that enhance employee skills and support career growth in Bloemfontein. This hybrid role offers the chance to shape the learning culture within the HR team.

You will collaborate with departments to identify learning needs, create engaging learning experiences, and manage the Learning Management System while maintaining training records.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years in learning and development or related HR field.
• Proven ability to design and deliver effective training programs.
• Experience with instructional design principles and learning technologies.
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills; excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess training needs across the organization and develop comprehensive L&D strategies.
• Design and develop engaging training materials, including e-learning modules, workshops, and job aids.
• Facilitate training sessions and workshops for employees at all levels.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.
• Stay current with the latest trends and technologies in learning and development.
• Manage the Learning Management System (LMS) and maintain training records.
