Responsibilities

• Managing LMS (user access, enrolments, content, reporting).
• Driving standardization and scalability of training.
• Supporting onboarding journey design (90-day capability model).
• Converting SOPs and operational content into structured training solutions.
• Leveraging AI tools to accelerate content development and improve learning delivery.
